当前,财政会计管理工作中存在着一些问题与不足,主要体现在管理制度、预算管理、监督体系、工作人员等方面。为了应对这些问题,加强财政会计管理,今后在实际工作中需要采取相应的措施,完善财政会计管理制度、加强预算管理、健全报表体系、建立监督制度,并提高工作人员综合素质。
At present, there are some problems and deficiencies in the management of financial accounting, mainly reflected in the management system, budget management, supervision system, staff and so on. In order to cope with these problems and strengthen financial accounting management, we should take corresponding measures in practical work in the future, improve the financial accounting management system, strengthen the budget management, improve the reporting system, establish the supervision system and improve the overall quality of staff.
