《音乐课程标准》明确指出:“音乐课程应致力于学生音乐素养的形成与发展。”音乐素养的形成与发展必须贯彻到整个音乐教学实践中,分阶段分步骤逐步提高。“素质教育”的具体实施,靠的是教师,而教师本身的素质能不能担负起这一伟大的历史使命,就显得尤为重要了。由于音乐这一学科在整个学习生涯甚至在人的一生中都是不可或缺的,所以音乐教师教学素质的提高就成了一个重要环节。本文结合自己几年来的教学经历,谈谈自己的看法和见解。
“Music Curriculum Standard” clearly states: “Music courses should be devoted to the formation and development of students’ music literacy.” The formation and development of music literacy must be carried out in the whole music teaching practice step by step and step by step. The implementation of “quality education” depends on the teacher, and it is particularly important that the quality of the teacher can not shoulder the great historical mission. Because the discipline of music is indispensable throughout the learning life and even in one’s life, the improvement of teaching quality of music teachers has become an important link. This article, combined with my years of teaching experience, talk about my own views and opinions.
