目前,许多并网运行的小型水电站,在电力系统不中承担载荷调节的任务。为了减少设备投资,普遍采用DST型手动-电动操作器(以下简称操作器)。这种操作器虽然简单,但不易操纵。为了提高电站的自动控制水平,使水轮发电机组具有按指定的逻辑条件自动启动、停机、并网、按要求调节功率、超速保护等功能,我们进行了自动并网运行控制器(以下简称控制器)的研制,并付诸于应用。
