本文报导了一个气相色谱法分离和测定米、土、水、饮料和蔬菜中12种有机磷农药残留。本方法采用火焰光度检测器(FPD)配有526nm滤色片。色谱柱为φ3.2mm×2.1m玻璃柱,填充固定相OV-17 1.5%+QF-11.98%涂布于Chromasorb W.AW.DMCS.80—100目。编制了一套柱二阶温度程序。本方法具有较高的精度和灵敏度,最小检出量为10~(-12)—10~(-13)g,分离度为0.8—3.5。本文还介绍了从米、土、水,饮料或蔬菜中一次性提取12种有机磷农药残留的方法,平均回收率大于90%,方法灵敏度好于0.020ppm,本方法具有快速、经济的特点。
This paper reports a gas chromatographic separation and determination of 12 organophosphorus pesticide residues in rice, soil, water, beverages and vegetables. The method uses a flame photometric detector (FPD) with a 526 nm color filter. The column was φ3.2mm × 2.1m glass column and the stationary phase OV-17 1.5% + QF-11.98% was coated on Chromasorb W.AW.DMCS.80-100 mesh. A set of second-order temperature program was developed. The method has high accuracy and sensitivity, the minimum detectable amount of 10 ~ (-12) -10 ~ (-13) g, the resolution of 0.8-3.5. This paper also introduced a one-time extraction of 12 organophosphorus pesticide residues from rice, soil, water, beverages or vegetables. The average recovery was more than 90%. The sensitivity of the method was better than 0.020ppm. The method is rapid and economical.
