：
目的:探讨国产吻合器行痔切闭术治疗重度内痔的可行性和安全性.方法:采用江苏常州康迪公司生产的痔专用吻合器对30例重度内痔(Ⅲ°～Ⅳ°内痔)患者施行手术治疗.男19例

目的:探讨国产吻合器行痔切闭术治疗重度内痔的可行性和安全性.方法:采用江苏常州康迪公司生产的痔专用吻合器对30例重度内痔(Ⅲ°～Ⅳ°内痔)患者施行手术治疗.男19例,女11例,平均年龄52岁.结果:平均手术时间10 min,全部病例均1次切闭完成.术后平均住院4 d,27例患者对手术满意,3例患者术后经部分取钉后满意.随访0.5～1年,无肛门刺激、狭窄、失禁、复发和排便障碍等并发症.结论:吻合器痔切闭术具有手术简单安全,疗效确切,住院时间短,并发症少,痛苦小,恢复快等特点.远期疗效有待
