作为管理工作基础之一的档案管理工作,需要进一步加强档案信息资源的开发与利用。在实际工作中,档案的开发利用受多种因素制约。针对制约的因素,提出档案管理开发与利用的措施,主张建立健全档案管理服务体系,并提出关键应抓好的几方面工作,以保证档案管理服务体系的开发建立与利用。
As one of the basic management of archives management, we need to further enhance the development and utilization of archival information resources. In practical work, the development and utilization of archives are subject to many factors. According to the restrictive factors, this paper puts forward measures for the development and utilization of file management. It advocates the establishment of a sound file management service system and puts forward several key tasks that should be done in order to ensure the development, establishment and utilization of the file management service system.
