This paper analyzes the elementary and secondary physical education and health classroom teaching activities in simple terms, elaborates that the teachers should start from the teaching materials, connotation and student habits to stimulate students to actively participate in the training of sports skills, master the sports skills and good will quality, to achieve “Health First ” course objectives.
