采用PerkinElmerZeeman/3030石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定肺癌(56例)、结核(30例)、肺部感染(25例)、健康对照(118例)血清铜、锌含量。结果表明,肺癌组血清钢升高,血清锌降低,铜/锌比值升高;肺结核组血清铜升高,血清锌正常,铜/铸比值高于肺部感染组,低于肺癌组;肺部感染组血清铜、锌、铜/锌比值均无变化。认为铜/锌比值界限划分以肺癌组铜/锌比值>1.5,肺部感组铜/锌比值<1.2.结核组铜/锌比值介于1.2~1.5之间为宜。
PerkinElmer Zeeman/3030 Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry was used to determine serum copper and zinc levels in lung cancer (56 cases), tuberculosis (30 cases), pulmonary infection (25 cases), and healthy control (118 cases). The results showed that in the lung cancer group, serum steel was elevated, serum zinc was decreased, and the ratio of copper/zinc was increased. Serum copper was elevated and serum zinc was normal in the tuberculosis group. The copper/cast ratio was higher than that in the lung infection group and lower than that in the lung cancer group. Serum copper, zinc, and copper/zinc ratios did not change in the infected group. The copper/zinc ratio was divided into the lung cancer group with a copper/zinc ratio >1.5 and the lung sensation group copper/zinc ratio < 1.2. The ratio of copper to zinc in the tuberculosis group is between 1.2 and 1.5.
