通过对夏热冬暖地区某高校4间饭堂餐厅室内环境情况进行40次现场测量和问卷调查得知,现场环境物理参数显示噪声环境和室内照明远低于相关标准,且通过1020份有效问卷对4个饭堂餐厅热环境、噪声环境、照明环境等的评价结果显示大部分环境评价低于中等水平,同时室内综合环境的满意度亦低于中等水平。调查结果反映高校饭堂作为师生日常生活的重要场所,在设计和管理上有待提高。
Through the field survey and questionnaire survey on the indoor environment of 4 canteen restaurants in a hot summer and warm winter area, it is known that the environmental environmental parameters of the site show that the noise environment and indoor lighting are far below the relevant standards, and 1020 valid questionnaires The evaluation of the thermal environment, the noise environment and the lighting environment of the four canteen restaurants showed that most of the environmental assessment was below the medium level and the comprehensive indoor environment satisfaction was also below the medium level. The survey results show that the canteen in colleges and universities, as an important place for daily life of teachers and students, needs to be improved in design and management.
