本文叙述了热处理对高频感应加热炉生长的Nd:YAG晶体激光效率的影响。实验结果表明:经过900℃至1500℃任一温度恒温48 h的退火热处理后,Nd:YAG激光棒的激光效率有很大提高;而对吸收光谱、均匀性、光散射等性能的比较实验、都不见变化;只能说是其量子效率有所提高。
This paper describes the effect of heat treatment on the laser efficiency of Nd: YAG grown in a high frequency induction furnace. The experimental results show that the laser efficiency of the Nd: YAG laser rod is greatly improved after being annealed at any temperature between 900 ℃ and 1500 ℃ for 48 h. Compared with the experimental results of the absorption spectrum, uniformity and light scattering, All see no change; can only say that its quantum efficiency has increased.
