研究了邻苯二甲酸二2-乙基己酯(DEHP)对雄性大鼠睾酮含量影响的剂量-时间效应关系。结果表明DEHP能使雄性大鼠睾丸中和血清中睾酮含量显著降低,其敏感作用时间在染毒2周左右,且存在剂量-反应关系。DEHP对睾酮的影响是可逆性的,停止染毒2周,大鼠睾丸中及血清中睾酮含量可恢复至正常水平。
The dose-time effect of di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) on testosterone in male rats was studied. The results showed that DEHP could significantly reduce testosterone in the testis and serum of male rats, and the sensitive time was about 2 weeks after exposure, and there was a dose-response relationship. The effect of DEHP on testosterone is reversible. After two weeks of exposure, testosterone levels in testis and serum of rats returned to normal levels.
