采用 Akashi 显微硬度算和 Taber 耐磨损试验机,测量无电解复合镀层 Ni-P-Al_2O_3,Ni-P-SiC 的硬度和耐磨性能,发现复合镀层有很高硬度和耐磨性。经适当的热处理后,镀层硬度提高了四倍。差热分析和 X-射线衍射分析结果表明,镀层性能的改善是由于新相 Ni_2P 析出所致。
The hardness and wear resistance of Ni-P-Al_2O_3 and Ni-P-SiC electroless composite coatings were measured by Akashi hardness tester and Taber abrasion tester. The results showed that the composite coating has high hardness and wear resistance. After appropriate heat treatment, coating hardness increased fourfold. Differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis show that the improvement of the coating properties is due to the precipitation of a new phase of Ni_2P.
