目的 通过影像学调查以了解 1998年以来青石棉污染造成的恶性肿瘤患病情况。方法 搜集云南省大姚县人民医院 1998年 6月 1日至 2 0 0 1年 12月 3 1日间来我院就诊做CT及X线检查的病例与非污染区同省禄丰县人民医院同期同样病例资料进行对比 ,重点探讨胸膜间皮瘤及肺癌。结果 观察组就诊病人CT检查 6615例 ,检出恶性肿瘤 2 5 8例 ,检出率为 3 9%;对照组就诊病人CT检查 485 4例 ,检出恶性肿瘤 13 2例 ,检出率为 2 72 %。观察组肺癌 66例 ,检出率为 1 0 0 %,胸膜间皮瘤 5 1例 ,检出率为 0 77%;对照组肺癌 5 0例 ,检出率为 1 0 3 %,胸膜间皮瘤 1例 ,检出率为 0 0 2 %。观察组就诊病人X线检查 14 0 44例 ,检出恶性肿瘤 5 7例 ,检出率为 0 41%;对照组就诊病人X线检查 160 2 4例 ,检查出恶性肿瘤 3 5例 ,检出率为 0 2 2 %。观察组肺癌 42例 ,检出率为 0 3 %,胸膜间皮瘤 6例 ,检出率为 0 0 4%;对照组肺癌 2 5例 ,检出率为 0 16%,胸膜间皮瘤 1例 ,检出率为 0 0 1%。结论 在X线及CT检查中 ,青石棉污染区恶性肿瘤患病率以肺癌、胸膜间皮瘤最高。
Objective To understand the prevalence of malignant tumors caused by crocidolite contamination since 1998. Methods To collect the cases of Dayao County People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from June 1, 1998 to December 31, 2001 to do CT and X-ray examination in our hospital and non-contaminated area same province Lufeng County People’s Hospital same period Case data for comparison, focusing on pleural mesothelioma and lung cancer. Results In the observation group of 6615 cases, CT examination of 6615 cases was performed, of which 285 cases were detected. The detection rate was 39%. In the control group, 485 cases were detected by CT, 132 cases were detected malignant tumors with a detection rate of 2 72%. In the observation group, 66 cases of lung cancer were detected, with a detection rate of 100% and 51 cases of pleural mesothelioma, with a detection rate of 0 77%. In the control group, 50 cases of lung cancer were detected with a detection rate of 103% 1 case of tumor, the detection rate was 0 0 2%. In the observation group, 14,044 X-rays were detected in the observation group and 57 cases were detected in the observation group, with a detection rate of 0 41%. In the control group, 160,246 X-rays were detected in the control group and 35 malignant tumors were detected. The rate was 0 2 2%. The observation group had 42 cases of lung cancer, the detection rate was 0 3%, 6 cases of pleural mesothelioma, the detection rate was 04%; 25 cases of lung cancer control group, the detection rate was 0 16%, mesothelioma 1 For example, the detection rate is 0 0 1%. Conclusions The prevalence of malignant tumors in crocidolite-contaminated area is highest in lung cancer and pleural mesothelioma in X-ray and CT examination.
