以14种汉方生药提取物粉剂为研究样本,使用原子吸光/火焰光度计,在670.78nm时以空气、乙炔火焰的火焰光度法测定样本中锂浓度。测定时,应用标准添加法及波长扫描法。结果,14种生药提取物粉剂中所含锂浓度如下(单位:μgLi/g):甘草0.44,钩藤0.11,干姜(四川省)0.10,杜仲0.10,牡丹皮0.09,芍药0.08,大枣0.03,生姜(云南省)0.03.桃仁0.02,厚朴0.01,陈皮0.01,人参(白参)0.01,柴胡0.01,附子
A sample of 14 Chinese herbal medicine extracts was used as a sample. The lithium concentration in the sample was determined by flame atomic spectrometry at 670.78 nm using an atomic absorption/flame photometer. For the measurement, the standard addition method and the wavelength scanning method were applied.
