以“延长油井检泵周期,提高抽油泵效”为目的,持续推进“一井一法一工艺”精细管理法,开展“重点区块,高产井、高频井、低产低效井”专项治理,按照“突出重点、综合治理”的原则,推广“管杆调整更换、参数优化、五防配套、井筒净化”等配套工艺,同时加大新工艺应用,不断提高井筒管理水平。本文在现场调查的基础上,主要针对油田在开发过程中,因采油井井筒结蜡、结垢、腐蚀、出砂、偏磨及原油脱气等原因导致采油井管、杆、泵故障频繁,泵效低下,检泵周期缩短,开发成本增加等问题,从以下三个方面进行综合治理以改善目前现状:(1)通过对油井进行参数优化、加深泵挂、措施增产、井筒净化开展专项治理,提高泵效。(2)通过对偏磨井、结蜡井、结构井、漏失井、断脱井的综合配套治理,延长检泵周期。(3)加强新工艺新技术应用,提高工艺管理水平。2012年通过以上三点的现场实践,冯地坑作业区在井筒综合治理方面取得了一定效果,并且为今后的继续治理提供了措施依据和经验基础。

(3) Strengthen the application of new technology and new technology to improve the level of process management.
