比较箱梁不同桥型的抗扭刚度差异,优化箱梁桥型,对于国内大量建设城市轨道交通尤为重要。通过对五种轻轨箱形桥梁的有限元建模,归纳总结了五种箱形桥梁前10阶的固有频率和振型特征,并对模态分析结果进行了横向、纵向的对比,同时还研究了固有频率和结构刚度的关系,最后对轻轨箱形桥梁的桥型进行了优化。结果表明,带端隔墙和横隔板箱梁的抗扭刚度比不带端隔墙和横隔板箱梁大得多,横隔板偏心开孔单箱双室梁的抗扭刚度比横隔板中心开孔的大,带端隔墙和偏心开孔横隔板的单箱双室箱梁是轻轨箱形桥梁中较优的桥型。
Comparing the difference of torsional rigidity between different bridge girders and optimizing the box girder bridge type is very important for the mass construction of urban rail transit in China. Through the finite element modeling of five kinds of metro-box mezzanine bridges, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the first ten stages of five kinds of box girders are summarized and compared, and the results of modal analysis are compared horizontally and vertically. Meanwhile, The relationship between the natural frequency and the stiffness of the structure has been optimized. Finally, the bridge shape of the light box mezzanine bridge has been optimized. The results show that the torsional stiffness of the box girders with end bulkheads and transverse bulkheads is much larger than those without the end bulkheads and transverse bulkheads. The eccentric torsional stiffness of the single- Single-chamber double-chamber box girder with large, open-ended partition wall and eccentric open-ended diaphragm in the center of the baffle plate is an excellent bridge type in the light box box-shaped bridge.
