20世纪末伴随着人类基因组计划的实施,相继产生了基因组学和蛋白质组学。基因组学和蛋白质组学知识的迅速拓展,对人类各方面都产生了深远影响,特别是给制药业以极大的支持。基因组学、蛋白质组学正逐步成为发现新的药物治疗靶标,鉴定先导化合物,论证药效,研究代谢规律及毒副作用的有效方法。这些研究方法将极大地提高药物发现和药物研发的速度和效率。本文就基因组学和蛋白质组学对新药研发带来的影响作简要分析。
At the end of the 20th century, with the implementation of the Human Genome Project, genomics and proteomics have been successively produced. The rapid expansion of genomics and proteomics knowledge has had far-reaching effects on all aspects of humankind, especially for the pharmaceutical industry. Genomics and proteomics are gradually becoming effective methods for discovering new drug therapy targets, identifying lead compounds, demonstrating efficacy, studying metabolism and toxic side effects. These research methods will greatly improve the speed and efficiency of drug discovery and drug discovery. This article briefly analyzes the impact of genomics and proteomics on the research and development of new drugs.
