目的:研究王不留行种植密度、施肥种类对其生长发育、干物质积累和质量的影响。方法:采用随机区组设计,定期进行调查测定王不留行株高、一级分级枝数、一级分枝总长度、干物质积累、总灰分、浸出物、王不留行黄酮苷以及单株籽粒干重和产量。结果:王不留行株高、一级分枝总长度及浸出物均随密度的减小而增加,获得高产的适宜种植密度为行株距20 cm×35 cm。单施有机肥的单株干物质积累量、单株籽粒干重及亩产量均最大。结论:行株距20 cm×35 cm为高产适宜种植密度,生产中应提倡底施有机肥100 kg/667 m~2。
Objective: To study the effects of planting density and fertilization types on the growth and development, dry matter accumulation and quality of Wangbuyuuhang. Methods: A randomized block design was conducted to investigate the relationship among plant height, primary grading number, total primary branch length, dry matter accumulation, total ash, extract, Seed dry weight and yield. Results: The plant height, the total length of primary branches and the extract increased with the decrease of density. The suitable planting density for high yield was 20 cm × 35 cm. The single organic matter accumulation of single plant dry matter, single grain dry weight and yield per mu were the largest. Conclusion: The plant spacing of 20 cm × 35 cm is suitable for high - yielding planting density, and 100 kg / 667 m ~ 2 organic fertilizer should be promoted in production.
