目的:探讨超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法:抽取2018年1月至2019年12月临沂市中医医院收治的闭角型青光眼患者98例,以随机数字表法分为参照组与观察组,参照组49例采用传统切除术治疗,观察组49例采用超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果,治疗前后视力、眼压改善情况及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(n P0.05)。治疗后,两组视力高于治疗前、眼压低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组视力高于参照组,眼压低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。n 结论:闭角型青光眼患者临床手术治疗中,采用超声乳化白内障吸除术临床疗效显著,有利于提高患者视力水平,降低眼压,且术后并发症发生率低,手术安全性较高,具有较高应用价值。“,”Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification cataract extraction in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:A total of 98 patients with angle-closure glaucoma admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into reference group and observation group by random number table, 49 cases in the reference group were treated with traditional resection, and 49 cases in the observation group were treated with phacoemulsification and cataract aspiration. The clinical effects, the improvement of vision, intraocular pressure before and after treatment, and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group, (n P0.05). After treatment, the visual acuity of the two groups was higher than before treatment, and the intraocular pressure was lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (n P<0.05). After treatment, the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group, and the intraocular pressure was lower than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (n P<0.05); the postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:In the clinical surgical treatment of patients with angle-closure glaucoma, the use of phacoemulsification cataract aspiration has significant clinical effect, which is beneficial to improve the visual acuity of the patient, reduce the intraocular pressure. The incidence of postoperative complications is low and the operation is safe. It has high performance and high application value.
