地方高校提高核心竞争力,依托建设特色专业这样的途径,这是一条捷径、也是一种战略。特色高校必须具有带有地方文化特色的强势专业,这样才能算是具有核心竞争力。相反,如果一个地方高校,连地方特色都没有,试问还有什么资源可以拿来搞特色的大学?所以,地方高校应通过专业结构优化和人才培养模式改革,创建一批特色专业。开设有舞蹈专业的地方高校,更应如此。
