目的 :观察腹腔注射不同剂量的红花水煎液对大鼠子宫平滑肌电活动的影响并探讨其作用机理。方法 :用 30只Wistar大鼠进行慢性实验 ,在一侧子宫角上方 1cm处的浆膜面上埋植一对Ag-AgCl双极电极。结果 :各种剂量的红花水煎剂均可促进子宫肌电的发放 ,主要影响单波和爆发波。表现为各剂量均可使单波的释放频率增多 ,波幅显著增高 ;爆发波的发生率增多 ,串间隔缩短 ,每个爆发波的时程延长 ,振幅明显增大 ;且随着剂量的加大 ,此兴奋作用愈显著。结论 :红花能增强大鼠子宫肌电活动 ,从而兴奋子宫平滑肌细胞 ,其机理可能是通过直接作用于平滑肌细胞加快其动作电位的去极化速度并增大峰电位幅度所致。
Objective: To observe the effect of intraperitoneal injection of different doses of Honghua decoction on the electrical activity of rat uterine smooth muscle and to explore its mechanism of action. METHODS: Chronic experiments were performed in 30 Wistar rats. A pair of Ag-AgCl bipolar electrodes was implanted on the serosal surface 1 cm above the uterine horn. Results: All kinds of safflower water decoction can promote the release of uterine myoelectricity, mainly affecting single wave and outbreak wave. The performance is that each dose can increase the release frequency of a single wave and increase the amplitude of the wave; the occurrence rate of the outbreak wave increases, the interval between the strings decreases, the time span of each outbreak wave lengthens, and the amplitude increases significantly; and the dose increases. The more significant this excitement is. Conclusion : Safflower can increase the uterine myoelectric activity of rats and excitate uterine smooth muscle cells. The mechanism may be caused by direct action on smooth muscle cells to accelerate the depolarization rate of action potential and increase the amplitude of peak potential.
