利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对注射不同浓度菊酯类农药的南美白对虾Penaeusvannamei3种组织的酯酶同工酶(EST)和苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶(MDH)进行了分析比较。结果表明:经农药胁迫后,虾体内各组织同工酶酶带出现明显的变化,在不同浓度下存在明显的差异,并具有明显的组织特异性。由于不同种农药的作用结合位点不同,使得酶带变化规律也不相同,当虾体被注射农药后,EST酶带变化较复杂,而MDH酶带则较稳定。当虾体受到农药胁迫时,可引起虾体无氧代谢加强,有氧代谢和酯类降解代谢减弱,正常的物质代谢平衡被破坏,因而使供给机体的能量减少,机体的免疫力和抵抗外界环境的能力均明显降低;另外,还有可能诱发虾病的暴发或导致虾的大批量死亡。
Esterase (EST) and malate dehydrogenase isoenzymes (MDH) were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in three species of Penaeus vannamei injected with different concentrations of pyrethroid pesticides. The results showed that: after pesticide stress, shrimp body tissues isozyme bands showed significant changes in different concentrations there is a clear difference, and has obvious tissue specificity. Due to the different binding sites of different kinds of pesticides, the variation of enzyme bands was also different. When the shrimp were injected with pesticides, the changes of EST bands were more complicated, while the MDH bands were more stable. When the shrimp body is under pesticide stress, it can cause the anaerobic metabolism of the shrimp to be strengthened, and the aerobic metabolism and ester degradation and metabolism are weakened, and the normal metabolism balance of the material is destroyed, thereby reducing the energy supplied to the body, the body’s immunity and resistance to the outside world Environmental capacity are significantly reduced; In addition, there may be induced shrimp outbreaks or lead to large-scale death of shrimp.
