1.前言在双基推进剂系统中,加入少量不同的铅化合物会使其在低压下增加燃烧,紧接着出现平台燃烧区,在此区域内,燃速几乎与压力变化无关;然后是后平台区,在此区域内,燃速与压力的关系类似于无铅的推进剂(图1)。这种燃速和压力无关的现象称为平台作用,这意味着在平台区内压力指数n是一个低值。n值小,由于安全系数小,则允许设计较轻的火箭发动机。对于火箭推进应用来说,决定推进剂适用性的重要因素之一是n值的大小。
1. Introduction In double-base propellant systems, the addition of a small amount of different lead compounds causes it to increase combustion at low pressures, followed by the platform combustion zone where the rate of combustion is almost independent of the pressure change; followed by the rear platform Zone, where burning rate and pressure are similar to lead-free propellants (Figure 1). This burning rate and pressure-independent phenomenon is called a platform effect, which means that the pressure index n in the platform zone is a low value. The value of n is small, allowing the design of lighter rocket motors due to the small safety factor. One important factor that determines the suitability of propellants for rocket propulsion applications is the magnitude of n.
