非腐解有机物的施用,对水田土壤中氧化还原酶动态变化的影响,因土壤酶、有机物料、土壤以及水稻的生育时期的不同而各异。就施用非腐解有机物料对水田土壤氧化还原酶活性影响的共性而言,非腐解有机物料的施用在土壤淹水的前期皆对过氧化氢酶活性的升高有抑制作用,而对多酚氧化酶活性升高有显著的促进作用;在水稻淹水的后期,施有机物料处理的土壤过氧化物酶活性均高于相应的对照处理。
The effects of non-decomposing organic matter on the dynamic changes of redox enzymes in paddy soils vary according to soil enzymes, organic materials, soils, and rice growth periods. In terms of the commonality of the effects of applying non-decomposed organic materials on soil oxidoreductase activity in paddy soils, application of non-decomposed organic materials had an inhibitory effect on the increase of catalase activity in the early stages of soil flooding, The activity of phenoloxidase increased significantly in the late stage of flooding. The peroxidase activity of soil treated with organic material was higher than that of the corresponding control.
