目的:探讨注射hCG后不同时间行宫腔内人工受精(Intrauter ineinsemination,IUI)对妊娠率的影响。方法:回顾性分析同济医院生殖中心472对夫妇实施IUI治疗的561个周期。根据注射hCG后行IUI的不同时间分为2组:hCG后24h IUI组和36h IUI组,比较两组IUI后的排卵时间及其对妊娠率的影响。结果:hCG后24h IUI359个周期和hCG后36h IUI202个周期的妊娠率分别为10.86%、10.89%,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;两组24h内排卵的344个周期妊娠率为13.08%,明显高于24h内未排卵的217个周期妊娠率7.37%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:影响IUI结局的因素并非注射hCG后IUI的时间,而是IUI后的排卵时间,距排卵时间越近妊娠率越高。阴道B超联合尿LH半定量试纸检测可以较准确预测排卵时间,有利于提高其周期妊娠率。
Objective: To investigate the effects of intrauterine insemination (IUI) on pregnancy rate at different times after hCG injection. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 471 couples in reproductive center of Tongji Hospital 561 cycles of IUI treatment. According to the different time of IUI after hCG injection, the patients were divided into two groups: 24h after IIC group and 36h IUI group after hCG, the ovulation time after IUI and the effect on pregnancy rate were compared. Results: The pregnancy rates of IUI359 cycles after hCG 24h and IUI202 cycles 36h after hCG were 10.86% and 10.89%, respectively, with no significant difference. The pregnancy rate of 344 cycles of 24h and 24 h after hCG was 13.08% , Significantly higher than the 217 cycles of non-ovulation within 24 hours of pregnancy rate of 7.37%, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The factors affecting the outcome of IUI are not the time of IUI after hCG injection, but the time of ovulation after IUI, and the closer the pregnancy time from ovulation is, the higher the pregnancy rate is. Vaginal vaginal B-urine semi-quantitative semi-quantitative test strips can be more accurately predict the ovulation time, help to improve their cycle pregnancy rate.
