高地震烈度区软弱夹层条件下大直径深长摩擦桩设计实例

随着云南省公路建设规模的持续发展,公路桥梁的总里程不断增加,在修建公路桥梁过程中,高地震烈度、软土地基等问题不断涌现,给设计人员提出了严峻的考验。现行《公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范》(JTGD63-2007)中仍采用经验公式来计算大直径深长摩擦桩的竖向承载力,公式不仅保守而且不符合大直径深长摩擦桩的承载变形机理,理论和实际之间存在矛盾。本文针对现有地区高地震烈度及存在多处软弱夹层等不良地质条件等问题,通过理论分析、经验计算和工程地质类比等手段,分析了场地工程地质特性、摩擦桩适用条件,提出了在高地震烈度区饱和沙土条件下大直径深长摩擦桩设计方法,对公路工程设计有着重要的参考价值。 With the continuous development of highway construction in Yunnan Province, the total mileage of highways and bridges has been continuously increasing. During the construction of highways and bridges, problems such as high earthquake intensity and soft soil foundation continue to emerge, which poses a severe test for designers. In the current “Code for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts and Foundations” (JTGD63-2007), the empirical formula is still used to calculate the vertical bearing capacity of large diameter deep and long friction piles. The formulas are not only conservative but also inconsistent with the bearing deformation mechanism of large diameter deep and long friction piles. Contradictions exist between reality. In this paper, aiming at the problems such as the high seismicity in existing area and the unfavorable geologic conditions such as multiple weak intercalations, this paper analyzes the geologic characteristics of the site and the application conditions of friction pile through theoretical analysis, empirical calculation and engineering geology analogy. In the seismic intensity area, the design method of large diameter deep and long friction piles under saturated sand conditions has important reference value for highway engineering design.
