目的探讨心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)与肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)在新生儿窒息后心肌损伤中的意义。方法对74例窒息新生儿和36例正常足月儿测cTnI、CK-MB的浓度并予以比较。结果cTnI比CK-MB诊断心肌损伤敏感性高、特异性高。
Objective To investigate the significance of cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTnI) and creatine kinase (CK-MB) in myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia. Methods The concentrations of cTnI and CK-MB in 74 neonates with asphyxia and 36 normal term infants were measured and compared. Results cTnI was more sensitive and specific than CK-MB in the diagnosis of myocardial injury.
