利用透射电子显微镜研究了GD钢马氏体—下贝氏体复相组织中残余奥氏体的组织形态和分布,并通过深冷处理探讨了其对GD钢强韧性的影响。结果表明,适量的残余奥氏体使得材料具有最佳的强韧性配合;残余奥氏体使得材料的韧性和塑性大大提高,而强度有所降低。
The microstructure and distribution of retained austenite in the martensitic-lower bainite phase of GD steel were studied by transmission electron microscopy. The effect of austenite on the strength and toughness of GD steel was discussed through cryogenic treatment. The results show that the appropriate amount of retained austenite makes the material with the best strength and toughness; residual austenite makes the material toughness and ductility increased greatly, while the strength decreased.
