目的研究刺老苞根皮黄酮对胫骨骨折模型大鼠骨质代谢变化的影响。方法将50只6周龄SD(雌雄各半)大鼠随机分成5组,即对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、刺老苞根皮黄酮低剂量组(C组)、刺老苞根皮黄酮中剂量组(D组)、刺老苞根皮黄酮高剂量组(E组),每组10只。其中刺老苞根皮黄酮低、中、高剂量组给予刺老苞根皮黄酮相应剂量灌胃(分别为10mg/kg、20mg/kg、30mg/kg),对照组和模型组以等量的0.9%NaCl溶液灌胃。观察各组灌胃第4天、7天、14天、21天、28天不同时间点其他骨代谢相关参数(碱性磷酸转移酶、骨钙素、羟脯氨酸以及骨盐)变化情况。结果与对照组比较,模型组不同时间点的骨碱性磷酸转移酶(ALP)、骨钙素、羟脯氨酸、骨钙、骨磷含量均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,刺老苞根皮黄酮各剂量组除骨折第4天外其他时间点的ALP、羟脯氨酸、骨钙、骨磷含量均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);而刺老苞根皮黄酮各剂量组骨钙素的含量在骨折第14天、第21天及第28天升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与低剂量组比较,中、高剂量组除骨折第4天外其他时间点的骨碱性磷酸转移酶(ALP)、骨钙素、羟脯氨酸、骨钙、骨磷含量均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与中剂量组比较,高剂量组除骨折第4天外其他时间点的骨碱性磷酸转移酶(ALP)、骨钙素、羟脯氨酸、骨钙、骨磷含量均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论刺老苞根皮黄酮可以改善胫骨骨折大鼠骨代谢状况,有利骨折愈合修复。
Objective To study the effect of Eupolyphaga brachii flavonoids on bone metabolism in rats with tibia fracture. Methods Fifty 6-week-old SD male and female rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group (group A), model group (group B), baring epidermal flavonoid low-dose group (group C) In the middle-dose group, the middle-dose group (group D) and the high-dose group (group E), each group had 10 rats. In which, Erigeron pluvialis flavonoids were given intragastric administration of 10 mg / kg, 20 mg / kg and 30 mg / kg respectively in the low, medium and high dose groups, while the control group and the model group were treated with the same amount of 0.9% NaCl solution gavage. The changes of other parameters related to bone metabolism (alkaline phosphatransferase, osteocalcin, hydroxyproline and bone salt) were observed at different time points on day 4, 7, 14, 21 and 28 in each group. Results Compared with the control group, the content of ALP, BGP, hydroxyproline, osteocalcin and osteoporosis decreased at different time points in the model group, with significant difference (P <0.01) . Compared with the model group, the contents of ALP, hydroxyproline, osteocalcin and osteoporosis in each dose group of Eupolyphaga perfoliarum flavonoids were all increased at the other time points except the fourth day after fracture, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or (P <0.01 or P <0.01). The content of osteocalcin in each dose group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) increased on the 14th, 21st and 28th day of fracture, . Compared with the low-dose group, the levels of ALP, BGP, hydroxyproline, osteocalcin and osteopotassium in the middle-dose and high-dose groups were significantly higher than those in the low-dose group There was statistical significance (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Compared with the middle-dose group, the levels of ALP, BGP, hydroxyproline, osteocalcin and osteopotassium in the high-dose group were higher than those in the fourth day after the fracture Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The root epidermis flavonoids can improve the bone metabolism in rats with tibial fractures, and promote the healing of fractures.
