In particular, developed countries, on the grounds of opposing “social dumping,” put forward that they should link trade with labor standards and impose trade sanctions. This will certainly challenge China’s foreign trade. We should proceed from the actual situation in China and find out the gap between the current situation of labor standards and the international standards in our country. Take measures to strengthen interaction with international organizations at the international and domestic levels; strengthen occupational safety management and reverse procurement.
