目的对肺源性心脏病患者心律失常发生的原因进行分析,有针对性地采取治疗措施,从而减少心律失常发生率,降低肺源性心脏病患者的死亡率。方法对120例肺源性心脏病患者的动脉血PaO2,心功能分级,电解质与心律失常发生率之间的关系进行分析。结果动脉血pH﹤7.35,PaO2﹤8.0kPa,心功能Ⅲ-Ⅳ级,血钾﹤3.5mmol∕L组患者心律失常发生率高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论在临床工作中对肺源性心脏病患者进行密切监测,及时纠正低氧血症,酸中毒,电解质紊乱和改善心功,防止心律失常,降低死亡率。
Objective To analyze the causes of arrhythmia in patients with pulmonary heart disease, and take targeted treatment measures to reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and reduce the mortality of patients with pulmonary heart disease. Methods 120 patients with pulmonary heart disease PaO2 arterial blood, cardiac function classification, electrolyte and the relationship between the incidence of arrhythmia were analyzed. Results The incidence of arrhythmia in arterial blood pH <7.35, PaO2 <8.0kPa, cardiac function Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade, serum potassium <3.5mmol / L group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In clinical work, patients with pulmonary heart disease should be closely monitored to correct hypoxemia, acidosis, electrolyte disturbance, improve heart function, prevent arrhythmia and reduce mortality.
