财政学是当前社会中一门十分重要的学科,同时也是政治经济学当中的一个重要分支。在现代市场经济体制发展改革的过程当中,传统的财政学理论已经逐渐难以适应新时期的发展需求,因此必须对现代财政学理论体系进行改革和创新。针对我国目前社会经济的发展态势,在现代财政学理论体系当中,应当注重公平性和效率性。建立在这样的基础之上,才能够确保现代财政学理论体系更好的发挥作用,为社会经济的发展建设做出更大的贡献。
Financial science is a very important subject in the current society, but also an important branch of political economy. In the course of the development and reform of the modern market economy, the traditional theory of finance has become increasingly difficult to adapt to the development needs of the new era. Therefore, we must reform and innovate the theoretical system of modern finance. In view of the present social and economic development in our country, we should pay attention to fairness and efficiency in the theoretical system of modern finance. Based on this foundation, we can ensure that the modern theoretical system of public finance plays a better role and make greater contributions to the social and economic development and construction.
