目的通过研究大鼠在间断急性低氧时,主要脏器中铅、镉含量的变化,探讨急性低氧对机体的影响与对策。方法 60只Wistar大鼠分为缺氧10天组、缺氧20天组和对照组,实验组大鼠置于低压舱内,以20m/s上升至7km高度,停留1.5h,每日1次;实验结束时,取大鼠主要脏器,用原子吸收法测其铅、镉的含量。结果与对照组比较,缺氧10天组大鼠肾、肺、肝脏铅含量,及心、肾、肝脏镉含量差异均有极显著性(P<0.01),脾镉差异有显著性(P<0.05);缺氧20天组大鼠肾、肝及脾脏铅含量,及心、肾、肝镉含量差异有极显著性(P<0.01),脾镉差异有显著性(P<0.05)。与缺氧10天组大鼠比较,缺氧20天组大鼠肺、肝、脾脏铅含量、及肾、肝镉含量差异有极显著性(P<0.01),脾铅差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论间断急性低氧可使大鼠肝、脾铅及心、肾、肝镉含量均明显上升,有随缺氧时间延长而不断升高的趋势;肾、肺铅与脾镉含量均明显上升,且随缺氧时间延长含量逐渐下降。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of acute hypoxia on the body and its countermeasures by studying the changes of lead and cadmium levels in major organs during intermittent acute hypoxia. Methods Sixty Wistar rats were divided into 10-day hypoxia group, 20-day hypoxia group and control group. The rats in experimental group were placed in the low-pressure cabin and raised to 7km height at 20m / s for 1.5h, once daily At the end of the experiment, the main organs of rats were taken and the contents of lead and cadmium were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of cadmium in kidneys, lungs and liver, and the content of cadmium in heart, kidney and liver were significantly different (P <0.01), and there was significant difference between spleen and cadmium in hypoxia for 10 days (P < 0.05). There was significant difference in the contents of lead, kidney, liver and cadmium in kidneys, liver and spleen between the 20 days hypoxia group (P <0.01) and the spleen and cadmium difference (P <0.05). Compared with the 10-day hypoxia group, the content of lead in the lung, liver and spleen, and the content of cadmium in kidney and liver in the 20-day hypoxia group were significantly different (P <0.01) <0.05). Conclusions Intermittent acute hypoxia can lead to significant increase of liver and spleen lead, heart, kidney and liver cadmium content in rats, with the hypoxia time increasing and continuously increasing trend; Kidney, lung lead and spleen cadmium content were significantly increased, And with the prolonged oxygen content gradually decreased.
