目的探讨医院临床药学服务模式在临床用药中的作用。方法 2015年11月以来,常德市第一中医医院开展医院临床药学服务模式,本研究选取2014年11月—2016年10月收治的临床药物治疗患者220例,其中开展药学服务前患者110例与开展药学服务后110例,比较开展药学服务前后围术期抗菌药物预防性使用情况、门诊处方使用情况。结果开展药学服务后围术期抗菌药物预防性使用时术前、术后、药品遴选、给药频率合理率均高于开展药学服务前(P<0.05)。开展药学服务后抗菌药物使用率、药物费用低于开展药学服务前,基本药物使用率、处方合格率高于开展药学服务前(P<0.05)。结论医院开展临床药学服务模式可有效提升临床合理用药,优化药学服务质量及提升药学地位。
Objective To explore the role of hospital clinical pharmacy service model in clinical medication. Methods Since November 2015, the First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Changde has carried out clinical pharmacy service mode in our hospital. In this study, we selected 220 cases of clinical medicine from November 2014 to October 2016, 110 of whom 110 cases were carried out after the pharmacy service, comparing the preoperative and postoperative pharmacological services for the prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs and outpatient prescriptions. Results The preoperative, postoperative, drug selection and administration frequency of prophylactic use of perioperative antibacterials after the pharmacy service were all higher than those before the pharmacy service (P <0.05). The antibacterial drug use rate and drug cost were lower than those before drug service. The rate of using basic drugs was higher than that before drug service (P <0.05). Conclusion The development of clinical pharmacy service mode in hospitals can effectively improve the clinical rational use of drugs, optimize the quality of pharmacy services and enhance the pharmaceutical status.
