在流动沸腾的液体中引入少量情性气体与固体颗粒,使之成为气液固三相流态化沸腾过程,对其传热性能与抗垢性能进行实验研究。结果表明,引入精气与流态化固体颗粒,可使传热显著强化,表现出明显的防垢抗垢效果,且具有一定的在线清洗作用。
A small amount of affective gas and solid particles were introduced into the liquid flowing boiling to make it become the fluidized boiling process of the gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow. The heat transfer performance and anti-fouling performance were studied experimentally. The results show that the introduction of refined gas and fluidized solid particles can significantly enhance the heat transfer, showing significant anti-scale anti-scaling effect, and has some online cleaning effect.
