利用在电解液中混入具有一定压力的气体的方法,进行电解加工,不仅能提高加工精度,而且能简化阴极制造工艺,使电解加工向前发展了一步,尤其对精度难以掌握的型面和型腔加工,近年来得到了较好的应用。为掌握混气加工的规律性,我们和西工大一起对混气电解加工中的气液混合比、气液流量、送进速度及混合腔的结构等因素对加工精度的影响进行了试验。由于试验条件的限制,试验范围较小,试验结果也有一定的局限性,仅供参考。试验条件
