配置Cr元素含量不同的C-Cr-Mo-Ni系焊条,通过手工电弧焊工艺在5CrMnMo钢上进行堆焊试验,研究了Cr含量对焊材的显微组织、硬度分布及耐磨性的影响规律。结果表明:Cr元素含量不同条件下,显微组织、硬度分布以及耐磨性具有较大的差异,Cr含量在3%~12%范围内,随着Cr含量的升高,显微组织由细小的板条状马氏体逐渐转变为粗大的针状马氏体,显微硬度逐渐升高,耐磨性先升高后降低,当Cr含量为9%时,焊材的耐磨性最高,当Cr含量达到12%时,焊材的耐磨性降低。
The C-Cr-Mo-Ni electrode with different Cr content was set up and the surfacing test was carried out on the 5CrMnMo steel by manual arc welding. The effect of Cr content on the microstructure, hardness distribution and wear resistance of the welding consumables was studied law.
