使用标准铂电阻温度计测量温度时,要由测得的电阻值求解温度。直接按国际实用温标所给内插公式计算,需解四次联立方程,是很不方便的。本文提出了一种新的实用计算方法,大大简化了计算过程。新方法的实质在于引入了适用于一切铂电阻温度计的g(t)与h(t)函数。文中简要地给出了数学推导,并说明了这种计算方法的要点。应用g(t)与h(t)函数计算温度计在固定点之间的分度误差也是很方便的。文中给出了一、二等标准铂电阻温度计在0~630.74℃范围内的分度误差。文末附有g(t)与h(t)函数表。
When using a standard platinum resistance thermometer to measure temperature, the measured resistance value should be used to solve the temperature. It is very inconvenient to calculate the interpolation formula directly according to the international practical temperature scale, and the simultaneous equations must be solved four times. This paper presents a new practical calculation method, which greatly simplifies the calculation process. The essence of the new method is to introduce g (t) and h (t) functions that apply to all platinum resistance thermometers. The article gives a brief summary of mathematical derivation, and illustrates the main points of this calculation method. It is also convenient to use the g (t) and h (t) functions to calculate the indexing error of the thermometer between fixed points. The paper gives the first and second class standard platinum resistance thermometer in the range of 0 ~ 630.74 ℃ indexing error. End of the text attached g (t) and h (t) function table.
