目的 检测巩膜后葡萄肿的B型超声图像表现。 方法 对高度近视 76眼以B型超声检测视乳头鼻侧和颞侧的曲率半径 ,并以正视 5 8眼和低、中度近视 47眼为对照。 结果 正视及低、中度近视的曲率半径颞侧与鼻侧差异无显著意义。高度近视的颞侧曲率半径明显大于鼻侧 ,近视度越高 ,后极部巩膜向后膨出越明显。 结论 B型超声检测近视眼后极部巩膜的状况方便、经济 ,对视网膜手术及球后注射避免并发症有重要意义
Objective To detect the B-mode ultrasound image of posterior staphyloma. Methods The curvature radius of nasal and temporal papillae in 76 eyes of high myopia with B-mode ultrasonography was measured. Forty-eight eyes of eyelid and 47 eyes of mild and moderate myopia were used as controls. Positive results and low and moderate myopia curvature radius of the temporal and nasal differences were not significant. The temporal radius of curvature of high myopia was significantly greater than the nasal side, the higher the degree of myopia, posterior pole sclera bulging backward more obvious. Conclusion B-mode ultrasound in the posterior pole of the sclera is convenient and economical. It is of great significance to prevent complications after retinal surgery and retrobulbar injection
