以 4× 4不完全双列杂交试验 ,研究了甘薯蔓长、一次分枝数、藤叶重、结薯数、鲜薯重、大中薯率、烘干率的配合力、基因效应和遗传力。亲本主效应对所研究的 7个性状均有显著或极显著作用 ,多数性状的加性基因比值≥ 50 % ;烘干率、藤叶重、蔓长的遗传力很高 ,鲜薯重和一次分枝数具有中等遗传力 ,其余性状遗传力较低。
