研究了生产B/M混合组织球铁时Si的作用。结果表明,在不添加或少量添加合金元素条件下,通过淬火处理获得B/M混合组织球铁时,球墨铸铁基体中贝氏体数量随Si含量的增加而增加,而残余奥氏体的数量则明显减少;随着Si含量的增加TTT曲线左移,这种现象不同于Si在钢中的情况。
The effect of Si on the production of B / M mixed tissue ductile iron was investigated. The results show that the amount of bainite in the ductile cast iron matrix increases with the increase of Si content when the B / M mixed-structure ductile iron is obtained by quenching treatment without addition or addition of small amounts of alloying elements, and the amount of retained austenite It is obviously reduced. With the increase of Si content, the TTT curve shifts to the left. This phenomenon is different from that of Si in steel.
