采用美国CompasXMDCG检测22例新生儿窒息患儿和21例正常新生儿。结果窒息后早期(A组)和恢复期(B组)心肌缺血发生率分别为83%,45%,室性早搏检出率A、B两组分别为73%,82%。A组24h最快心率较对照组和B组明显减慢(P<0.05)。认为DCG检查可提高窒息后心肌损害的诊断敏感性,并能发现潜在的高危心律失常。
Twenty-two neonates with asphyxia and 21 normal newborns were tested with CompasXMDCG in the United States. Results The incidence of myocardial ischemia in group A and group B was 83% and 45%, respectively. The detection rate of ventricular premature beats in groups A and B was 73% and 82% respectively. The fastest 24h heart rate in group A was significantly lower than that in control group and group B (P <0.05). The DCG test is believed to improve the diagnostic sensitivity of myocardial damage after asphyxiation and to identify potential high-risk arrhythmias.
