为了从失效汽车催化剂中回收稀土元素,进行了稀土元素浸出以及从浸出液中回收稀土元素的多种方法比较实验研究。结果表明,采用稀硫酸或稀盐酸进行稀土元素浸出,铈、镧浸出率最高约50%,而采用浓硫酸熟化浸出稀土元素,铈、镧浸出率大于85%。从浸出液中回收稀土元素实验表明,采用硫酸钠复盐沉淀,其沉淀率大于95%。通过研究开发出了从失效汽车催化剂中回收稀土元素硫酸熟化浸出-复盐沉淀的新工艺,采用该工艺技术稀土元素回收率大于90%。
In order to recover rare earth elements from spent catalyst, comparative experiments were carried out on various methods for rare earth elements leaching and rare earth elements recovery from leachate. The results show that rare earth elements leaching with dilute sulfuric acid or dilute hydrochloric acid has the highest leaching rate of cerium and lanthanum about 50%, while leaching rare earth elements with concentrated sulfuric acid maturation, the leaching rate of cerium and lanthanum is more than 85%. The recovery of rare earth elements from the leachate experiments show that the use of sodium sulfate double salt precipitation, the precipitation rate greater than 95%. Through the research and development, a new process of recovering the matured leaching and compound salt precipitation of rare earth element sulfuric acid from the failed automobile catalyst has been developed. The recovery rate of rare earth elements is more than 90% by using the technology.
