[目的]探索教学做一体化教学模式在高职护理专业外科护理学课程教学中的应用效果。[方法]将2012级护理1班学生(48人)作为干预组,采用教学做一体化教学模式,将2012级护理2班学生(50人)作为对照组,采用传统教学方式进行授课,课程结束后评价学生学习过程优秀率、外科护理学课程成绩、远期效果。[结果]干预组学生在学习过程中学习表现、外科护理学成绩、远期效果评价均优于对照组(P<0.05),77.08%以上学生对教学做一体化教学模式持肯定态度。[结论]教学做一体化教学模式有利于提高外科护理学教学质量,有助于提高高职护理专业人才培养质量。
[Objective] To explore the effect of teaching integrated teaching mode in the teaching of surgical nursing course in nursing specialty in higher vocational schools. [Methods] With 1 class of 2012 nursing students (48 persons) as the intervention group, the integrated teaching mode was used as teaching method. Two classes of nursing students (50 persons) were used as the control group in 2012, which were taught by traditional teaching methods. After the evaluation of the excellent rate of student learning process, surgical nursing course grades, long-term results. [Results] The performance of students in the intervention group was better than that of the control group (P0.05), while the results of surgical nursing and long-term effects were superior to those of the control group (77.08%). [Conclusion] The teaching of integrated teaching mode is helpful to improve the teaching quality of surgical nursing and helps to improve the training quality of nursing professionals in higher vocational schools.
