当前,税收收入工作面临着比较严峻的经济形势。为了实现国务腕和国家税务总局提出的确保今年工商税收增收800亿、力争超收1000亿的奋斗目标,研究解决组织收入工作中存在的问题,促进任务圆满完成,现结合南陌国税实际,笔者谈几点认识: 一、现状与问题 今年以来,南阳市国税局紧紧围绕省局的部署和要求,明确工作思路,狠抓税源管理,大力清理欠税,积极开展专项检查,强化非公有制经济税收征管,共清理漏征漏管户6537户;追缴新老欠税11075万元,稽查补税罚款4454万元,同比增长1.4倍,完成个体私营税收8130万元,同比增长32％,在连年高基数、高增长和经济税源萎缩、实现税金下降的情况下,仍保持了税收收入一定幅度的增长。前九个月累计完成工商各税102085万元,占计划的73.2％,
