胡锦涛同志在“七一”重要讲话中指出,兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮,要着重领会和把握“三个代表”重要思想的时代背景、实践基础、科学内涵、精神实质和历史地位,努力在认识上达到新的高度。他还指出,中央同意印发的《“三个代表”重要思想学习纲要》(以下简称《纲要》),比较系统地概括了“三个代表”重要思想的理论成果,是学习的重要参考。按照这一精神,本期“报告会”请中宣部理论局张磊同志从上述五个方面帮助同学们加深对“三个代表”重要思想的全面理解和系统把握。
