通过磨损状态和机理分析 ,选择价格性能比较优的韧性基体中加入硬质WC颗粒混合粉末材料 ,以氧 -乙炔火焰喷焊工艺 ,对省煤器高磨损部位进行喷焊耐磨层处理。经过 2年的实际运行检测 ,平均磨损速率由原来的 0 .7~ 0 .8mm 年降至 0 .15mm 年 ,耐磨性能提高 5倍以上。并讨论了实施喷焊工艺应注意的问题
Through the analysis of wear status and mechanism, the hard WC particles mixed powder material was selected by the toughness matrix with better price performance. The high wear parts of the economizer were sprayed and treated with oxygen-acetylene flame spray process. After 2 years of actual operation test, the average wear rate decreased from 0 .7 ~ 0. 8mm year to 0 · 15mm year, and the wear resistance increased more than 5 times.
