采用超声检查方法诊断１４４１例输尿管疾病。其中，输尿管结石１３３２例，肾盂输尿管连结部狭窄４６例，输尿管开口囊肿２６例，重复肾盂和重复输尿管合并输尿管开口异位１６例，巨输尿管症９例，腔静脉后输尿管３例，输尿管息肉３例，输尿管癌６例。超声检查与手术和其它Ｘ线检查对照组结果表明，超声诊断输尿管疾病的符合率为９８．５％，本组病例中没有假阳性。对超声诊断输尿管疾病的价值和介入性超声在输尿管疾病的诊断与治疗中的作用等方面进行讨论。
Ultrasound examination of 1441 cases of ureteral disease diagnosis. Among them, 1332 cases of ureteral calculi, ureteropelvic junction stenosis in 46 cases, ureteral open cyst in 26 cases, repeated pelvis and ureter with ureteral open ectopic in 16 cases, 9 cases of giant ureter, 3 cases of vena cava after ureteral polyps 3 Cases, ureteral cancer in 6 cases. Ultrasound and surgery and other X-ray examination results of the control group showed that the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography for ureteral diseases was 98.5%. There was no false positive in this group of patients. The value of ultrasonic diagnosis of ureteral diseases and the role of interventional ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral diseases are discussed.
