研究了铬酸对超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维的作用机制,用扫描电镜和傅里叶红外光谱仪分析了铬酸改性前后UHMWPE纤维的结构变化,用单因素分析法分析铬酸处理条件对纤维拉伸强度、静摩擦因数以及与基体黏接强度的影响,从而得到铬酸改性UHMWPE纤维的较优工艺条件:处理液m(K_2Cr_2O_7)∶m(H_2O)∶m(H_2SO_4)为7∶12∶(78~82);处理温度为60~66℃;处理时间为6~10 min。
The mechanism of chromic acid on ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers was studied. The structural changes of UHMWPE fibers before and after chromic acid modification were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Chromic acid was analyzed by single factor analysis The optimum conditions for the treatment of chromic acid-modified UHMWPE fiber were as follows: the treatment solution m (K 2 Cr 2 O 7): m (H 2 O): m (H 2 SO 4) was 7: 12: (78 ~ 82); treatment temperature is 60 ~ 66 ℃; treatment time is 6 ~ 10 min.
