目的总结高原震后卫生学问题,采取相应对策,为突发自然灾害后卫勤保障提供参考。方法结合灾区和指挥部实际情况,紧紧围绕环境卫生、生活饮用水卫生和食品卫生等开展卫生监督监测工作。结果通过加强卫生知识宣传和培训、对驻地环境、生活饮用水和食品卫生监督管理等一系列针对性措施,确保了指挥部各级各类人员的身体健康。结论针对高原震后卫生学问题,采取综合卫生监督措施,可以确保高原抗震救灾人员的身体健康。
Objective To summarize the hygienic problems after the high altitude earthquake and to take corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the post-natural disaster backyard health protection. Methods According to the actual situation of the disaster areas and command headquarters, the work of monitoring and supervising health closely around environmental sanitation, drinking water sanitation and food sanitation. Results A series of pertinent measures, such as strengthening publicity and training of hygiene knowledge, and monitoring and controlling resident environment, drinking water and food hygiene, ensured the health of all kinds of personnel at all levels of headquarters. Conclusion In view of the post-earthquake health problems in the plateau, comprehensive health supervision measures can be taken to ensure the health of relief workers in high altitude.
